Orders begin processing after successful payment confirmation. Where products are made to order, processing can take longer than stocked products. Any product-specific lead time shown at purchase should be treated as part of the delivery estimate.
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. For orders under £50, Standard Tracked delivery is £3.95 and Next Day Tracked delivery is £5.95. For orders of £50 or more, Standard Tracked delivery is free and Next Day Tracked delivery is £2.00. The available service and any estimated delivery date are confirmed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Please check the delivery address before payment. Contact us as soon as possible if you spot an error. Once an order has entered fulfilment or been handed to a carrier, it may not be possible to change the address.
NEÓN TIGRE currently accepts delivery addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international delivery. If this changes, the Help Centre and Delivery Policy will be updated before international orders are accepted.
